Update April 27: Originally listed with a manufacturer's suggested retail price of $64.99, the 4K UHD version of the limited-edition Mortal Kombat Kollection is now available for $42.22. That's actually cheaper than the Blu-ray version, if you can believe it. As with all such preorder price cuts, there's no guarantee the price will stay this low. But if you lock in your preorder, you won't have to pay more even if it goes back up. In fact, because of Amazon's preorder price guarantee, if it goes even lower, you'll lock in the lowest price it reaches prior to launch.
Mortal Kombat is no stranger to the big screen, with three live-action films in the books and one more on the way later this year. While the recent Mortal Kombat films have reignited fan interest for the franchise at the theaters, the original live-action debut for Mortal Kombat started in 1995.
That original release, Mortal Kombat, as well as 1997's Mortal Kombat: Annihilation, are back just in time for 2026's Mortal Kombat II in this new Mortal Kombat Kollection. The set features new 4K restorations of the two original films, packing in numerous bonus features and interviews. Plus, Amazon has preorders for both the 4K UHD and Blu-ray versions on sale.

The Mortal Kombat Kollection comes with both Mortal Kombat and Mortal Kombat: Annihilation. Both films have received brand new 4K restorations by Arrow Films, with Dolby Vision support, lossless audio support, and optional English subtitles.

Each film also comes packed with brand new extras, including audio commentary from Mortal Kombat director Paul W.S. Anderson.
